PENDAMPINGAN PENGELOLAAN KEBERLANJUTAN USAHA IBU-IBU PKK RW 03 KELURAHAN SEMOLOWARU KECAMATAN SUKOLILO SURABAYA

Abstract

This Community Service Program is aimed at responding to curiosity and increasing strategic insight among business actors in developing and/or strengthening their businesses amidst the macro and micro business environment in 2024 which will increasingly experience many changes, which will have an impact on business resilience, competitiveness and sustainability. The community service scale targets 40-45 MSMEs under the auspices of RW 03, South Semolowaru Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya. Initial survey results show that there are a number of problems that can weaken and put business competitiveness at risk of business sustainability. Ease of understanding for business actors is very important in this community service, so that illustrative lecture methods, questions and answers on business-related issues, representative case studies, and tutorials on the steps that need to be taken for each strategy are applied to provide a comprehensive/holistic understanding of the importance of business sustainability. Without a holistic solution, the solution to the problem is only situational, and does not solve the real problem which actually has a strategic effect. Business actors are expected to be able to easily implement strategies for developing business sustainability in terms of Business Mentality, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management and Financial Accounting.
